The French ordering party or Contracting Party must:
check that the posted workers have indeed been declared to the French Employment Inspectorate by the foreign company
check that the foreign company has indeed appointed a Representative in France
ensure that the posted workers receive remuneration corresponding to the minimum legal requirements provided for in French law
ensure that the posted workers’ accommodation is decent
declare any accidents to the Employment Inspectorate within 48 hours
append the posting declarations to the personnel register
indicate the number of posted workers received in their annual report
Specific requirements for sub-contractors and companies using temporary labour:
French sub-contractors using posted labour must obtain authorisation to use this type of labour from their own Contracting Authority
the Contracting Authority must check that a posting declaration has indeed been made by each of its sub-contractors and/or by each temporary employment company involved on site
